The DYNASIS™ card is a reloadable personal-use prepaid Visa® card. It can be used to make purchases at over 24 million locations worldwide that accept Visa Debit and can be used like a check-card, though it does not require a checking account. Withdrawals can be made from any of one million automated teller machines (ATM's) internationally. The DYNASIS™ card can be ordered by telephone and acquired by sending a money order, by ACH checking account funds transfer, direct deposit enrollment, or by credit card. Activation and reloads can also be made at over 45,000 convenient retail locations such as Walgreens, RadioShack, CVS, Rite Aid, Hess and Safeway.

Accountholder benefits include considerable cost savings, convenience, money management tools and the development of creditworthiness. For a fee of just $3.00, customers can send funds to family members with our card-to-card feature. Through payroll direct deposit, our accountholders can arrange for their employer to deposit their paycheck onto their DYNASIS™ card account for $1 versus the $10 or more typically charged by liquor stores and check-cashing facilities. Domestic ATM withdrawal fees are only $1.50 (plus the individual ATM fee).

The DYNASIS™ Card is sold through a direct response model, whereby consumers call a toll-free number (1-866-DYNASIS) featured in one of our advertisements. Unlike checking accounts and credit cards, credit applications, credit approval, credit scores, employment verification and drivers' licenses are not required. There are no late payment fees or interest charges. The applicant must provide a valid name, address and a form of government identification. Once the caller's information is validated, a card number is assigned and a personalized DYNASIS™ Visa card is sent to the customer within two weeks.

With the DYNASIS™ card, accountholders can avoid long lines at check-cashing locations and exorbitant check-cashing fees at gas stations, liquor stores and other inconvenient locations. Bills can be paid by phone for $1 in the convenience of the accountholder's home. Accountholders no longer have to carry around large amounts of cash. The funds are secure: if a card is lost or stolen the card will be replaced and the balance restored. Many accountholders will be able to organize their finances for the first time, develop positive payment habits and establish a payment history that can be used to apply for credit.
